With a background in experiential and digital marketing, I’ve worked alongside industry-leading brands such as Coca-Cola, Nando’s and Nike, honing my ability to craft strategies that not only resonate with audiences but also push the boundaries of what's possible. This experience has equipped me with the skills to lead teams and develop forward-thinking initiatives in both marketing and recruitment, always with a focus on long-term growth and success.

In my role as Managing Director, I aim to strengthen our position as a leader in the industry, building on over five decades of experience in engineering recruitment.

My professional accomplishments have been acknowledged with the prestigious national SME Award for Business Innovation, followed by a Director of the Year Award from the Institute of Directors.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I firmly believe in maintaining a healthy work/life balance. I love my role as Dad to my daughter, Winnie, and appreciate travelling even more nowadays - it’s fantastic to explore new destinations, broaden horizons and to embrace life's adventures together.
