Contract Position - Covering Maternity Leave
Location: Norwich
Shifts: Saturday & Sunday, 06:00 - 18:00
Hourly Rate: £35 per hour

Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer seeking a rewarding opportunity? We are looking for a talented engineer to join our team within a fast-paced packaging environment on a contract basis, covering maternity leave. This is your chance to work with state-of-the-art equipment while ensuring the continued efficiency of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance across packaging machinery and related systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot faults to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with other team members to implement operational improvements.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain safe working practices at all times.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills, ideally in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage priorities.
• Health and safety focused with a strong understanding of industry standards.
• Availability to work weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday, 06:00 - 18:00.
