Our client based in Northampton is looking for plastic setters to join their expanding team, to night shifts 2200-0600 Monday-Friday,

Salary £33,400

Shifts Monday-Friday nights 2200-0600

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust plastic injection and blow molding machines for optimal performance.
• Change materials, monitor processes, and troubleshoot machine settings to ensure high-quality production.
• Perform regular machine maintenance and ensure equipment is running at peak efficiency.
• Work closely with production teams to meet output targets and quality standards.
• Ensure safety protocols and company standards are adhered to at all times.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Plastic Setter or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding, blow molding, and machine setup.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
