Contract CI Engineer - Process & Packing Machinery - Food Industry

We are seeking an experienced Contract Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer with a strong background in process and packing machinery to join a leading company in the food industry. This role will focus on driving best practices, developing and conducting training, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for process and packing machinery.
• Drive continuous improvement across machinery operations and production processes.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and operational improvements.
• Conduct and deliver training programs for operational staff on best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Experience Required:

• Strong background in process and packing machinery within a food manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in developing and documenting SOPs.
• Strong focus on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training sessions to operational teams.

Contract Details:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
• Rate: £40 - £41 per hour (Umbrella)
