We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team on a double day shift pattern (06:00 - 14:00). In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our equipment and systems, while performing both mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks. Environment of the factory is dry, clean and friendly to work in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and complies with regulations.
• Work closely with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Perform routine inspections, servicing, and preventative maintenance to increase equipment longevity.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• A relevant engineering qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Shifts:

Monday to Thursday 0600-1400, Friday 0600-1130

Monday to Thursday 1400-2200, Friday 1130-1700

Salary and Benefits:

£46,800 and 33 days of holiday including Bank holidays
